Accela Citizen Access (ACA) Workshops
Full Description
Accela Citizen Access (ACA) Workshops provide tutorials for customers using the ACA Website, the City's online permitting system. Workshops feature tutorials, information on the latest enhancements and an opportunity to ask questions. Our workshops are always free, but we do ask that you register.
Workshops typically feature the following information:
- Scheduling inspections online and via the HELLO system
- When to request a Permit Update (Amend Record)
- How to manage your multiple projects in ACA
- Information on the latest enhancements and changes to ACA
- Q&A Session
